CPSO Fleet Facility Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Department held a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening for the recently completed New Fleet Facility on February 11, 2026. The project consists of three new buildings including the Shop/Office Building at 34,000 square feet, the Command Center Pavilion at 7,000 sq. ft. and the Vehicle Painting Building at 4,500 sq. ft. This facility will be the headquarters for the in-house repair and maintenance services for the CPSO fleet of vehicles. The planning for this project was begun under the administration of former Sheriff Tony Mancuso and was completed under Sherrif Gary “Stitch” Guillory.
